The PRL Keystone Foundation grant cycle is open to all nonprofits that fit within the foundation’s strategic priorities. Grants are unrestricted - PRL practices trust-based philanthropy.
 

The PRL Keystone Foundations prefers requests to support projects and programs that are already operating, rather than new programs. 

Each organization is eligible to receive one grant per year. Fiscal agents and supported organizations are eligible to apply as long as their missions and proposals align with PRL Keystone Foundation priorities.

While we accept grant applications on a rolling basis, PRL members meet three times per year (April/May, July/Aug, Sept/Oct).  If accepted, grant awards are delivered 4-6 weeks after notification.  HOWEVER, if project requests are time sensitive or have other deadlines, please indicate this on the application.  PRL will do its best to be responsive to your needs.
