We are passionately committed to investing in a better world for women and children. Our mission is to promote equity for women and children through focused initiatives that foster healthy communities, prioritize education, champion economic justice, advocate for environmental justice, and stimulate climate change solutions. By igniting change and fueling progress, we aim to engender self-determined futures filled with hope, resilience, and unbounded potential.
WHAT WE DO
Our vision is a world where every woman and child are equipped with the resources they need to thrive, unfettered by social, economic, or environmental inequities. We envision a world that champions the rights of women and children, a world where health, education, economic security, environmental justice, and sustainable climate solutions are not privileges, but basic human rights that everyone can access and enjoy. Recognizing the enormity of the challenges our society faces, PRL Keystone Foundation is working with community partners to making a lasting impact.

Driving accessible and high quality learning programs with a 5-year college readiness program and full scholarship to any accredited institution.
Strategic Priorities
HEALTH
We believe in the right to health and well-being for all women and children. We are committed to supporting initiatives that promote access to quality healthcare services, emphasize preventative measures, and foster mental health. Our focus extends to the creation of healthy communities, ensuring that women and children are not just surviving but thriving.
EDUCATION
We recognize that education is a powerful tool for change. It is the foundation for self-determined futures, enabling women and children to shape their destiny. We aim to eliminate barriers to education, support innovative teaching methods, and nurture lifelong learning, providing the stepping stones for a brighter tomorrow.
ECONOMIC INDEPENDENCE
Economic justice is a fundamental element of a dignified life. We are dedicated to advancing strategies that foster economic independence, such as job creation, financial literacy programs, and advocating for fair pay and work conditions. We believe in an equitable economic system where women and children have the resources they need to be self-reliant.
ENVIRONMENTAL JUSTICE and
CLIMATE CHANGE
We champion the rights of all women and children to live in a clean and safe environment. We believe in equal environmental protection and equal enforcement of environmental laws and regulations. We advocate for communities that are most vulnerable to environmental hazards, supporting their efforts towards sustainable development and resilience.
We understand that the effects of climate change are far-reaching and disproportionately affect women and children. Our commitment is to drive the adoption of climate-resilient practices and support initiatives that promote climate change mitigation and adaptation. We aim to empower women and children to be active participants in creating a sustainable and resilient future.
